Just a quick note to commend the honesty and decency of Stephen.  While my problem wasn’t with sticking sliding doors but more to do with the fact that I could not lock my external doors following the extremely hot and humid weather that was being experienced and which caused the house to move as it is built in a clay soil area.

I rang Stephen with the idea that perhaps I needed to have the door frame redone, and it would have been easy for Stephen to agree with the idea, but instead he advised me that I should try a locksmith first and see if he could solve the problem failing that then he would come out and see what he could do.

I followed Stephen’s advice and the locksmith was able to adjust all the locks to my great relief, but what has impressed me most is that Stephen was willing to forego some business for himself and in doing so saved me a lot of money.

It’s comforting to know that we can still find tradesmen like Stephen.

I was having difficulties opening and closing my sliding door.

After Stephen and his assistant replaced the rollers and track I have not had any difficulties with it since.

I asked could they come early in the morning as I had to go to work. They arrived earlier that the prearranged time. This meant that I was not too late for work.

I found them very professional and friendly.
