Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years. Our back sliding door has been very difficult to open since we move in over 18 months ago. It had recently deteriorated to the point where I was concerned the continued jumping off the totally worn out track would result in the kids being injured.
