The service is very professional. They arrived at my place at the exact agreed time, which is a great start (I hate waiting for tradies). After the door was fixed, I couldn’t believe how smoothly the sliding door glides now. I think it’s better than new, since the replacement wheels and the rails are top quality material. All thumbs up from me 🙂 Highly recommended to anyone that has an old sliding door that need repair.

Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years. We are very satisfied with his knowledge of the problem and the quality of his work. Thank you Stephen.

Our back sliding door has been very difficult to open since we move in over 18 months ago. We have had problems with two sets of sliding doors. One we could hardly open anymore. Stephen arrived promptly at the time arranged, which is always a good sign. Then went straight to work.
