After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. Sliding Door Opening with One Finger - 12 Dec 2018

Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years. We are very satisfied with his knowledge of the problem and the quality of his work. Thank you Stephen.
