After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. Stephen and Jess spent this morning fixing 2 very old sliding balcony doors and 2 screen doors at a fraction of the replacement cost. Our back sliding door has been very difficult to open since we move in over 18 months ago. It had recently deteriorated to the point where I was concerned the continued jumping off the totally worn out track would result in the kids being injured. Our large sliding doors were jamming and making a noise when we tried to open them. They required two hands to get them sliding. Adsafe Doors were very helpful in making our doors usable again. It was worth the money because we now have finger tip movement of our doors.

We have had problems with two sets of sliding doors. One we could hardly open anymore. Stephen arrived promptly at the time arranged, which is always a good sign. Then went straight to work.
