Our sliding glass door had been rumbling along on its rollers for a number of years and recently it wasn’t aligning with the door frame with the result it was extremely difficult to get both the door latch and the bottom bolt to click into place. We are so pleased with the repair done by Stephen to our sliding door. It would barely move before (and wouldn’t lock) and was hanging lopsided, to now sliding perfectly. After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well.
