Our sliding door at home had been broken for months and got so bad, it worked better completely off of it’s sliding tracks. Large rear sliding door finally ‘died’ after running rough for a couple of years. Rang Steve and with a bit of additional info he provided a quote over the phone. He was onsite in 2 days and within 2 hours had fixed the problem. The door has never operated better even when new. Steve upgraded the track and wheels as part of the fix. My rear sliding door was very difficult to move. Stephen and Jess arrived on time and fixed the door within an hour. It now slides very smoothly, better than when first installed. They were both professional and I would recommend to others.

Despite an initial glitch with email contact, I’m very impressed by the service. From our phone call before 2pm I had my sliding glass door repaired by 4.30 that afternoon. Very pleasant to deal with, extremely good with the cleanup. The door works beautifully & now I  can save a fortune on Physiotherapy for my shoulder.
