Today was a very good day! Stephen and Jessie arrived punctually at the arranged time and once Stephen had assessed the problem door, they set to work with a well-oiled routine. We needed the rollers on our 40-year-old Wunderlich sliding door replaced, a job others couldn’t do. Steve and his offsider arrived when they said they would, dismantled the door and replaced the rollers and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. For 19 years our back door has never worked. We bought this place thinking its okay, the door gets a little stuck but some new rollers and it will work fine. Yes, well, not true.
