For 19 years our back door has never worked. We bought this place thinking its okay, the door gets a little stuck but some new rollers and it will work fine. Yes, well, not true. Large rear sliding door finally ‘died’ after running rough for a couple of years. Rang Steve and with a bit of additional info he provided a quote over the phone. Our door stopped sliding, making it difficult to get outside. When I rang, Stephen was able to come out the next morning. It only took 1 hour to fix, and they cleaned up after themselves. Our door now works beautifully.

After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem.
