After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. Stephen and Jess arrived and fitted new rollers on my sliding doors. The job was handled very efficiently and cleanly. The doors were removed and placed on foam protection mats whilst being fixed.

Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years. We are very satisfied with his knowledge of the problem and the quality of his work. Thank you Stephen.
