Couldn’t have been happier with the service and outcomes. Our glass sliding door was that bad, I didn’t think it could be fixed. It required strongman strength to move an inch The team turned up when they said they would and fixed our sliding door beautifully. Our old wire and screen doors would make a lot of noise upon being opened and closed, considering that they haven’t been cleaned nor checked since before I was born ( before the year 2000). In fact, since my parent bought our house, and ever since yesterday, they’ve appeared much, much better, and I’m sure glad that we got them to repair it when they did. We are so pleased with the repair done by Stephen to our sliding door. It would barely move before (and wouldn’t lock) and was hanging lopsided, to now sliding perfectly. So pleased with this service. It is better than ever. The whole service from the first phone call where Stephen recommended ways to secure our place until he could repair the door to cleaning up properly before leaving was exceptional. Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years.
