After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. Sliding Door Now Slides Easily - 28 May 2019

Large rear sliding door finally ‘died’ after running rough for a couple of years. Rang Steve and with a bit of additional info he provided a quote over the phone. He was onsite in 2 days and within 2 hours had fixed the problem. The door has never operated better even when new. Steve upgraded the track and wheels as part of the fix.
