After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. Our large sliding doors were jamming and making a noise when we tried to open them. They required two hands to get them sliding. Adsafe Doors were very helpful in making our doors usable again. It was worth the money because we now have finger tip movement of our doors.
