Living in a fairly recently completed duplex, our sliding glass doors were never installed properly, as we had continuous problems with them such as scraping on the tiles. I was having difficulties opening and closing my sliding door. After Stephen and his assistant replaced the rollers and track I have not had any difficulties with it since. I asked could they come early in the morning as I had to go to work. They arrived earlier that the prearranged time. This meant that I was not too late for work. I found them very professional and friendly.
