Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years. We struggled with our patio door for two years. It was sticking and jamming and became very difficult to open and close. I got a quote for new doors that was too high for me to accept so the salesman recommended a repairer. I called the repairer and they sent a technician who tried to change the rollers but failed because he couldn’t get the door out of its tracks. After three hours he gave up and left. For 19 years our back door has never worked. We bought this place thinking its okay, the door gets a little stuck but some new rollers and it will work fine. Yes, well, not true.
