The service is very professional. They arrived at my place at the exact agreed time, which is a great start (I hate waiting for tradies). After the door was fixed, I couldn’t believe how smoothly the sliding door glides now. I think it’s better than new, since the replacement wheels and the rails are top quality material. We struggled with our patio door for two years. It was sticking and jamming and became very difficult to open and close. I got a quote for new doors that was too high for me to accept so the salesman recommended a repairer.
