Stephen & Jess were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time as promised, and were very knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis of the problem prior to commencing any work. The service is very professional. They arrived at my place at the exact agreed time, which is a great start (I hate waiting for tradies). After the door was fixed, I couldn’t believe how smoothly the sliding door glides now. I think it’s better than new, since the replacement wheels and the rails are top quality material.
