I was having difficulties opening and closing my sliding door. After Stephen and his assistant replaced the rollers and track I have not had any difficulties with it since. I asked could they come early in the morning as I had to go to work. They arrived earlier that the prearranged time. This meant that I was not too late for work. I found them very professional and friendly.

Our large sliding doors were jamming and making a noise when we tried to open them. They required two hands to get them sliding. Adsafe Doors were very helpful in making our doors usable again. It was worth the money because we now have finger tip movement of our doors.

Despite an initial glitch with email contact, I’m very impressed by the service. From our phone call before 2pm I had my sliding glass door repaired by 4.30 that afternoon. Very pleasant to deal with, extremely good with the cleanup. The door works beautifully & now I  can save a fortune on Physiotherapy for my shoulder.

Just a quick note to say I have just had the rollers replaced on 2 doors and was very impressed with both the quality of the work and the professional manor in which it was done. We struggled with our patio door for two years. It was sticking and jamming and became very difficult to open and close. Our back sliding door has been very difficult to open since we move in over 18 months ago.
