What a relief! After about 40 years putting up with sliding doors which did not work properly, they squealed and were getting stuck, not shutting either. Just a quick note to commend the honesty and decency of Stephen.  While my problem wasn’t with sticking sliding doors but more to do with the fact that I could not lock my external doors following the extremely hot and humid weather that was being experienced and which caused the house to move as it is built in a clay soil area. Had our double sliding door repaired today & it’s now sliding like new again.

Despite an initial glitch with email contact, I’m very impressed by the service. From our phone call before 2pm I had my sliding glass door repaired by 4.30 that afternoon. Very pleasant to deal with, extremely good with the cleanup. The door works beautifully & now I  can save a fortune on Physiotherapy for my shoulder.

My patio sliding door suddenly refused to shut. With Easter and an engagement party approaching I wasn’t hopeful that anyone could come promptly to fix it. My sliding doors were sliding on the floor due to the existing rollers. Just had 4 rollers replaced on 2 doors and they work better than original ones. Great, fast service at a reasonable price. Would recommend Adsafe to anyone needing door repairs. Thank you

Stephen & Jess were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time as promised, and were very knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis of the problem prior to commencing any work. Both were very careful in handling the heavy metal sliding door so as not to damage anything and cleaned up before leaving. Our sliding door was getting harder to slide and to lock, as we are getting older it was imperative that we get it fixed. The service was excellent and clean up after was very satisfactory.
