The service is very professional. They arrived at my place at the exact agreed time, which is a great start (I hate waiting for tradies). After the door was fixed, I couldn’t believe how smoothly the sliding door glides now. I think it’s better than new, since the replacement wheels and the rails are top quality material. We have had problems with two sets of sliding doors. One we could hardly open anymore. Stephen arrived promptly at the time arranged, which is always a good sign. Then went straight to work. I was having difficulties opening and closing my sliding door. After Stephen and his assistant replaced the rollers and track I have not had any difficulties with it since. I asked could they come early in the morning as I had to go to work. They arrived earlier that the prearranged time. This meant that I was not too late for work.
