We are very pleased with the repair to our rear aluminium and glass sliding door, recently carried out by Adsafe Doors. The door was quite old (36 years), the track was very worn and the rollers were shot. It was a real chore to open and close the door. The repair job was carried out quickly and efficiently and the door now works as well as new, if not better. Stephen and Jess spent this morning fixing 2 very old sliding balcony doors and 2 screen doors at a fraction of the replacement cost. After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. We have had problems with two sets of sliding doors. One we could hardly open anymore. Stephen arrived promptly at the time arranged, which is always a good sign. Then went straight to work.
