Stephen & Jess were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time as promised, and were very knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis of the problem prior to commencing any work. Both were very careful in handling the heavy metal sliding door so as not to damage anything and cleaned up before leaving. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and outcomes. Our glass sliding door was that bad, I didn’t think it could be fixed. Stephen and Jess came around our place today (July 3, 2019) to fix our glass sliding door. The door had been poorly fixed by the previous home owner and clearly the fixes didn’t last long. Our large sliding doors were jamming and making a noise when we tried to open them. They required two hands to get them sliding. Adsafe Doors were very helpful in making our doors usable again. It was worth the money because we now have finger tip movement of our doors.

Today was a very good day! Stephen and Jessie arrived punctually at the arranged time and once Stephen had assessed the problem door, they set to work with a well-oiled routine. Just a quick note to commend the honesty and decency of Stephen.  While my problem wasn’t with sticking sliding doors but more to do with the fact that I could not lock my external doors following the extremely hot and humid weather that was being experienced and which caused the house to move as it is built in a clay soil area. After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. What a relief! After about 40 years putting up with sliding doors which did not work properly, they squealed and were getting stuck, not shutting either. We no longer have a back glass door that sounds like a train track. It has been transformed into a very quiet easy gliding door. Other people access the job to say it all needs replacing and we were not looking forward to the expense or mess that would have been. It was all done for a quarter of the cost of replacing.
