Large rear sliding door finally ‘died’ after running rough for a couple of years. Rang Steve and with a bit of additional info he provided a quote over the phone. He was onsite in 2 days and within 2 hours had fixed the problem. The door has never operated better even when new. Steve upgraded the track and wheels as part of the fix. Our door stopped sliding, making it difficult to get outside. When I rang, Stephen was able to come out the next morning. It only took 1 hour to fix, and they cleaned up after themselves. Our door now works beautifully.
