Just a quick note to commend the honesty and decency of Stephen. While my problem wasn’t with sticking sliding doors but more to do with the fact that I could not lock my external doors following the extremely hot and humid weather that was being experienced and which caused the house to move as it is built in a clay soil area. Honesty & Decency - 1 March 2018

I was having difficulties opening and closing my sliding door. After Stephen and his assistant replaced the rollers and track I have not had any difficulties with it since. I asked could they come early in the morning as I had to go to work. They arrived earlier that the prearranged time. This meant that I was not too late for work.
