Had our double sliding door repaired today & it’s now sliding like new again.

Our door stopped sliding, making it difficult to get outside. When I rang, Stephen was able to come out the next morning. It only took 1 hour to fix, and they cleaned up after themselves. Our door now works beautifully.

After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. We are very pleased with the repair to our rear aluminium and glass sliding door, recently carried out by Adsafe Doors. Living in a fairly recently completed duplex, our sliding glass doors were never installed properly, as we had continuous problems with them such as scraping on the tiles.
