Stephen & Jess were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time as promised, and were very knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis of the problem prior to commencing any work. Our back sliding door has been very difficult to open since we move in over 18 months ago. Our door stopped sliding, making it difficult to get outside. When I rang, Stephen was able to come out the next morning. It only took 1 hour to fix, and they cleaned up after themselves. Our door now works beautifully.

Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years.
