The service is very professional. They arrived at my place at the exact agreed time, which is a great start (I hate waiting for tradies). After the door was fixed, I couldn’t believe how smoothly the sliding door glides now. I think it’s better than new, since the replacement wheels and the rails are top quality material. Our old wire and screen doors would make a lot of noise upon being opened and closed, considering that they haven’t been cleaned nor checked since before I was born ( before the year 2000). In fact, since my parent bought our house, and ever since yesterday, they’ve appeared much, much better, and I’m sure glad that we got them to repair it when they did. For 19 years our back door has never worked. We bought this place thinking its okay, the door gets a little stuck but some new rollers and it will work fine. Yes, well, not true. It never worked fine. Sometimes after a handyman or door “professional” attempted to repair it, it would run a little better, but never well.
