We struggled with our patio door for two years. It was sticking and jamming and became very difficult to open and close. I got a quote for new doors that was too high for me to accept so the salesman recommended a repairer. Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years. Today was a very good day! Stephen and Jessie arrived punctually at the arranged time and once Stephen had assessed the problem door, they set to work with a well-oiled routine. In no time at all the door was lifted out, a new runner installed, the old single rollers replaced with double ones and the door was back in place.
