Large rear sliding door finally ‘died’ after running rough for a couple of years. Rang Steve and with a bit of additional info he provided a quote over the phone. He was onsite in 2 days and within 2 hours had fixed the problem. The door has never operated better even when new. Steve upgraded the track and wheels as part of the fix. We are very pleased with the repair to our rear aluminium and glass sliding door, recently carried out by Adsafe Doors. The service is very professional. They arrived at my place at the exact agreed time, which is a great start (I hate waiting for tradies). After the door was fixed, I couldn’t believe how smoothly the sliding door glides now. I think it’s better than new, since the replacement wheels and the rails are top quality material. We have had problems with two sets of sliding doors. One we could hardly open anymore. Stephen arrived promptly at the time arranged, which is always a good sign. Then went straight to work. Cleaned up afterwards and we now have both sets of sliding doors gliding smoothly on their tracks. Problem resolved. Would recommend.

For 19 years our back door has never worked. We bought this place thinking its okay, the door gets a little stuck but some new rollers and it will work fine. Yes, well, not true.
