The best thing I have ever done was to call Stephen. I told him what doors we have, and the never-ending trouble we have had with them. NOW the best part; he told me that he could be out to my place the next day. I could not wait. Stephen took one look and said he could fix it easy and be better than the original. Our sliding glass door had been rumbling along on its rollers for a number of years and recently it wasn’t aligning with the door frame with the result it was extremely difficult to get both the door latch and the bottom bolt to click into place. Our living area has 3.6 m high super heavy industrial-style sliding doors that had started rumbling during opening and needed replacement rollers. Stephen did an excellent job. He replaced 2 sets of 2-wheel rollers with 2 sets of 4-wheels which are capable of carrying a heavier load and should last for at least another 10 years.
