After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well. Stephen and Jess spent this morning fixing 2 very old sliding balcony doors and 2 screen doors at a fraction of the replacement cost. Today was a very good day! Stephen and Jessie arrived punctually at the arranged time and once Stephen had assessed the problem door, they set to work with a well-oiled routine. In no time at all the door was lifted out, a new runner installed, the old single rollers replaced with double ones and the door was back in place.
