Our patio doors made an incredible horrible sound each time they were used. My husband said he had a good feeling about Stephen Bransgrove at Adsafe Doors after talking with him.

I thought to err on the side of caution and agreed to have him do one door and then decide about having both doors fixed. Well after the quality of the work and silent running of the first door we had him fix the other door also.

Both doors now open and close seamlessly, effortlessly and quietly. Stephen was assisted by his lovely wife, Jessie in their truly family owned and operated business.

However, when I spoke with Stephen over the phone he asked me the right questions and knew who the door manufacturer of my doors was right away.

He sounded knowledgeable and competent. He came and fixed both doors to the point that they slide easily and silently with the slightest push. I can open either door with one finger effortlessly.

Our neighbours with the apartment directly under us are extremely happy not to have to listen to the doors noisily opening and closing.

Stephen & Jess were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time as promised, and were very knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis of the problem prior to commencing any work.

Very impressed with Adsafe Doors!

Not only was I able to get an appointment within the week but they were prompt, courteous and – most importantly – able to fix the runners on my two very heavy double-glazed patio doors.

From needing to use both hands to push the doors open or closed I can now do it with one hand.

Steve gave me a quote and then explained everything he intended doing before starting the job, including which type of rollers he would be using and why; he and his assistant Jessie completed the work quickly and efficiently and not only cleaned up but took all rubbish with them.

Additionally they were able to fix the sliding screen door as well. The final price was at the lower end of the quote which was a very pleasant surprise given the effort I saw them put in.

All in all an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a sliding door problem.
