After an unsuccessful DIY attempt to fix my awkwardly sliding/grating door I contacted Stephen at Adsafe Doors, who first asked some questions over the phone to gauge the extent of the problem. I told him it probably only needed new runners, not a new track. He gave me a quote for new runners to be replaced, and didn’t try to “ up sell” a new track as well.
Job done in good time and as quoted.

I highly recommend Adsafe. One immovable patio door fixed at agreed time of day, in agreed length of time and within pre-agreed range of quote for the job. Expert service with suggestions on the most cost effective ways to solve the problem to as much technical depth as I needed to understand how best to proceed. Cleaned up completely. Door silky smooth. Lock fixed as well. Advice on how not to see them again too soon for all my other doors.

We had a problem with our door sliding, the rollers we not working, a call to Stephen who understood the problem straight away and was able to book in to fix the next day. Stephen worked quickly and provided me ongoing advice to how the door worked and how to maintain it. Very friendly service and advice and thoroughly recommend his service. Our doors slide like new and we are very pleased.
